Real Food For On The Go

Now we can travel again, I want to share my favorite portable, healthy food for on the go. I love all of these as they satisfy my hunger and leave me satisfied. One of my standbys is a banana plus nut butter. My favorite nut butters are Keto Nut Butter: Macademia MCT + Probiotics, Performance Nut Butter and Artisana Raw Cashew Butter (they do other kinds as well). These all come in an easy, squeezable tubes or packets. I also like to pack small containers of blueberries or carrot sticks and sometimes throw in a couple of hard-boiled eggs. I find I crave something salty when I travel, so I will bring along Pan’s Mushroom Jerky or single serving packets/snack-size Ziplock bags of pistachios, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. I’m not normally a bar person but when I do have one, I like the RxBar in Banana Chocolate Walnut or Maple Sea Salt. These are gluten free, packed with protein and contain no industrial seed oils.
